SoftPath Medical is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU travel assignment in the Charlotte, NC area. The unit maintains RN-to-patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2 (day and night) with dedicated support staff and a 24/7 pharmacist and case managers.

The ideal candidate holds BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS, with at least 2 years in ICU and strong skills in ventilator management, invasive lines, and critical care drips. Floating to regional facilities is required as needed.

Competenze

• 2+ years ICU experience required.
• RN license with BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
• Experience with critical care drips and invasive lines.
• Ability to float regionally.

Mansioni

• Provide patient care within ICU, including ventilator management and nursing tasks.
• Collaborate with CNAs, charge nurse and clinicians to ensure patient safety.
• Float per regional needs to all facilities within the region; travel between facilities.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in daily clinical supervision.
