Job summary

The ICU Registered Nurse position with Fusion Medical Staffing provides comprehensive critical care to patients in the ICU for a 13-week travel assignment in Winston Salem, NC. You will assess and monitor critically ill patients, operate life-support equipment, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while upholding patient safety and high professional ethics.

Ideal candidates bring ICU RN experience, active RN licensure, and current BLS/ACLS certifications; CCRN and other certifications

Qualifications

• One year of recent ICU RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing and responding to changes in condition.
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment and administer complex medications.
• Document assessments and interventions, and communicate changes to the team.
• Provide education to patients and families about ICU care and recovery expectations.
