• Unit Beds: 29
• Average Census: 29 patients/day
• Minimum Experience: 2 years in Adult ICU
• First time travelers: must have completed at least one 13‑week assignment

Patient Types / Common Diagnoses

• Neuro ICU: ischemic & hemorrhagic strokes, subarachnoid hemorrhage, traumatic brain injuries, seizures/status epilepticus, spinal cord injuries, EVD drains/ICP monitoring, post‑op Crani’s, IR, TNK patients (50% unit administration)
• Off‑service Trauma/Medical ICU patients

Patient Ratios

• RN: 1:2; may be tripled with downgrade orders
• CNA not consistently staffed
