Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted CA RN license required.
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required.
• ACLS and PALS certification (AHA) required.
• Minimum 3 years of recent ICU experience, within the last 3 months.
• EPIC and Cerner experience documented in employment history.
• ICU Float Pool in an acute care hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Delivers coordinated nursing care and supervises assigned staff.
• Performs patient assessment, care planning, and evaluation of outcomes.
• Participates in discharge planning and patient/family education.
