Job summary

Sage GroupHealthCare Staffing is seeking an RN Hospice for a 13-week travel/contract position in Branson, MO. This full-time role offers 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, with no call, and includes travel/housing stipends for eligible travelers.

Position requires ASN with RN license in state or compact; BLS; 1 year hospice/home health experience. Start ASAP; mileage reimbursed at $0.49/mile; 13-week assignment in Home Health Hospice.

Qualifications

• ASN or an equivalent– Required
• BSN or an equivalent– Highly preferred
• RN License for State applying or Compact if accepted - Required
• BLS Certification from AHA or American Red Cross - Required
• 1 year Hospice nursing experience; recent (last 3 years)– Required

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate care for assigned hospice patients in the home setting.
• Develop and implement Start of Care and admissions nursing plans.
• Support patient recovery and enable staying at home with loved ones.
• Educate patients and families on disease management to reach goals.
• Document and complete charting for all patient visits within 24 hours.
• Notify physicians of significant changes in status and ensure legible orders.
• Territories to cover: Branson, MO with 90 min radius from office, within 65616 area.
