Job summary

Sage GroupHealthCare Staffing is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel/contract position in Bozeman, MT. This role requires RN licensure, hospice experience, and ability to cover Bozeman and surrounding areas.

Start ASAP with 40 hours per week, on-call rotation, and a guaranteed schedule. Travel/housing non-taxable stipend is available for eligible travelers, with mileage reimbursement and on-call pay included.

Qualifications

• RN with 1 year hospice or recent hospice nursing experience required.
• HCHB charting experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Covid vaccination or medical/religious exemption accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate care for hospice patients at home.
• Develop and implement Start of Care and admissions nursing plans.
• Support recovery and independence at home for quality time with loved ones.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and goals.
• Document visits within 24 hours and notify physicians of status changes.
