The role focuses on implementing safety plans, training, investigations, and promoting a strong safety culture across client sites, with a base salary of $75,000 plus bonus and profit share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years’ safety experience with large-scale equipment.
• Experience implementing environmental, safety, and health programs.
• Familiarity with Automated Material Handling Systems.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update installation site safety plan.
• Maintain safety plan documents and records.
• Develop and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
• Manage Safety Department employees—gauge performance and coach.
• Investigate incidents and implement preventive actions.
• Maintain hazard-free working conditions.
• Collaborate with contractors and management to improve safety culture.
• Ensure site safety inspections and required training are completed.
• Coordinate external health and safety testing when needed.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigations.
