Job summary

ERock is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to support Operations & Maintenance and Procurement with inventory coordination, shipping, receiving, and related duties. The role requires frequent travel to remote warehouses to perform counts and ensure accuracy.

You will work to maintain safe and efficient inventory operations, uphold safety standards, and partner with teams to minimize costs while maintaining service levels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Warehouse Coordination / Inventory control.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Crane Operator / Rigging experience a plus.
• Forklift operator experience.
• Knowledge of Security / Safety operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory integrity through enforcement of policies.
• Label stock items and record data.
• Receive, count, and dispatch stock; update inventory.
• Learn to run inventory reports and investigate discrepancies.
• Store items in an organized, accessible manner.
• Prepare shipment documents and route materials to domestic locations as needed.
• Record shipment data for reporting and accounting.
• Ensure safe shipping/loading of items using proper equipment.
