Job summary

nVent is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead on-site project coordination for bus duct installations across North America. You will serve as the primary on-site representative, coordinating customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time project execution.

The role requires 3+ years with field-based project coordination, strong reading of drawings, and a willingness to travel up to 75% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site representative for large-scale bus duct installation projects.
• Coordinate daily activities with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead site coordination and progress meetings.
• Monitor schedules, workforce, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
