TOP Group - Japanese Recruiting Agency is seeking a field service engineer for Taylor TX with travel. The role is a Full Time Direct Hire Exempt position in Taylor, TX with travel required.

The candidate should have an Electrical or Mechanical engineering degree and be prepared for domestic and international travel. Experience in installation, maintenance, and sustaining capital equipment is preferred, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Competenze

• Electrical or Mechanical engineering degree.
• Japanese language skills are a plus.
• At least one year of related experience in an electrical or mechanical engineering role.
• Technical product knowledge and ability to communicate professionally with customers and team.
• Experience in installation, maintenance and sustaining capital equipment.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and on-call work as needed.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Mansioni

• Provide support and maintenance for company products.
• Inspect, maintain and manages local service structure.
• Troubleshoot, train and act as a liaison with customers.
• Provide preventative or on-call maintenance to customer's equipment within a given area.
• Will generally work on assigned machinery and assist on new products.
• Install the machines by working together with movers and electricians. Report any quality issues to Field Service Manager.
