Job summary

84 Lumber is seeking a Field Operations Manager to support store operations nationwide. Compensation is $45,000 salary plus a $500 monthly bonus, with full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package. Initial training at your home location for 2–3 months, followed by 95%+ travel to 84 Lumber locations across the country.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Full-time availability (48+ hours per week).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Manage merchandising, inventory control, and reduction initiatives
• Create material estimates from blueprints
• Assist with special projects to meet staffing and operational needs
