84 Lumber Company in Morgantown is seeking a Field Operations Manager on a full-time basis as part of an entry-level management path. You will gain hands-on experience in store operations and advance toward leadership through a structured learning plan and performance-based promotions.

Relocation to various locations nationwide will be required during the training and beyond. Travel will be a central part of the role, with training at the home location followed by assignments across the network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED-equivalent.
• Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supporting product handling and retail sales operations.
• Freight handling, forklift operation and certification.
• Managing merchandising, inventory control, and reduction initiatives.
• Creating material estimates from blueprints.
• Assisting with special projects to address staffing and operational needs.
