Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Professional to support the FAA EOSH programs as part of the NISC IV contract. You will work within a team of EOSH professionals, handling multiple programs such as Indoor Air Quality, Asbestos, Lead, and more, and provide on-site training and reporting.

Remote work with travel is common, with primary duties at customer sites. The role requires a strong background in writing technical reports, interpreting analytical data, and coordinating

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with related experience.
• Experience with EOSH field equipment (PID, XRF, dosimeter, etc.).
• Strong report writing and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide environmental and safety support to FAA EOSH programs and related projects.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys; submit technical reports with guidance to mitigate EOSH issues.
• Manage inspections using electronic data and SharePoint; use MS Office tools.
• Research and interpret Federal, state, local, and FAA EOSH regulations.
