Job summary

Arch Insurance Group Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Associate to support our Travel, Accident & Health business during the evening shift. You will serve as the primary contact for customers via calls, emails, and chat, delivering exceptional service and processing policy entries.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, 3+ years in customer service, and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools. Insurance licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Three years of customer service experience, preferably in travel, accident and health or medical insurance.
• Life/Health and/or Property/Casualty licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer client service and claims calls for travel, accident and health plans.
• Respond to general email inquiries and online chat conversations.
• Resolve complex call inquiries using available resources.
• Determine appropriate product for customers and enter into policy system.
• Provide claim status updates to claimants.
• Troubleshoot customer-facing technology and participate in additional tasks as needed.
