Arch Insurance Group Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Associate to support our Travel, Accident & Health business during the evening shift.

You will serve as the primary contact for customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and online chat inquiries while delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include answering client service and claims calls for travel, accident and health plans, responding to inquiries, guiding customers to the right product, and providing claim

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Three years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel/accident/health or medical insurance fields.
• Life/Health and/or Property/Casualty insurance license or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer client service and claims calls for travel, accident and health plans.
• Respond to general email inquiries and online chat conversations.
• Resolve complex call inquiries through appropriate resources.
• Determine appropriate product for customers, convert inquiries into insurance sales and enter them into policy administration system.
• Provide claim status updates to claimants.
• Provide troubleshooting for customer-facing technology.
• Additional projects and tasks as needed.
