Fabick Cat is a leading provider of power generation solutions, offering installation, maintenance, and repair of CAT generators up to 3000 kW across diverse industries. The role is 80% travel with overnight stays, requiring strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or higher, technical certification or associate degree preferred, and 3+ years on CAT generator maintenance. Valid license and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience maintaining generators from 50KW to 3000KW.
• Strong knowledge of CAT generator systems, diesels and gas engines.
• Reading schematics, manuals, and electrical diagrams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning, maintenance, and repair of CAT power generators up to 3000KW.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance for reliability.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues; perform load bank testing.
• Maintain accurate service records and parts inventory.
• Provide technical support to customers and ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborate with technicians and stay updated on industry trends.
• Interact with customers to understand needs and deliver solutions.
