Job summary

Bauer Foundation Corp. is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, organize, and control all technical elements of geotechnical/foundations projects.

You will oversee upgrades and participate in project-related technical work, reporting to the Operations Manager and PM/QC Managers on site. The role requires 3–5 years of geotechnical/foundations experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and a willingness to travel to various job sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required or preferred.
• 3–5 years of geotechnical/foundations experience.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate prospective projects and bid opportunities.
• Review proposals, specifications and drawings for scope and estimates.
• Prepare take-offs, estimates and proposals; assist with client contact for bids.
• Coordinate with Work Winning Manager and Chief Engineer on designs and bids.
• Ensure project plans and schedules are followed and budgets met.
• Travel to sites to verify conditions and ensure compliance with design.
