Job summary

Bauer Foundation Corp. seeks a Project Manager for Major Projects: Geotechnical Foundations to lead nationwide civil projects from planning through close-out. The role requires coordinating engineers, field teams, and contractors while managing budget, schedule, and risk.

The candidate will travel as needed, manage multi-project teams, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. A strong background in geotechnical foundations and relevant certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in special foundations/geotechnical foundations and civil/concrete work.
• Experience on at least 1 major project over $20M.
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, manages, and plans complex civil engineering projects.
• Leads the project delivery team to achieve goals, manage resources, and mitigate risk.
• Manages project scope, schedule, and budget from pre-construction through close-out.
• Supervises engineers, superintendents, and field personnel to ensure timely, compliant project completion.
• Develops project scope, goals, and deliverables; assigns tasks and tracks progress.
