Job summary

BAUER Foundation Corp. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead the technical execution of geotechnical and heavy civil projects, from pre-bid through project completion.

You will plan, organize, coordinate, and control key elements and mentor Project Engineers, Field Engineers, interns, and staff. Travel to construction sites, review geotechnical reports, develop designs, bids, plans, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience in deep foundations or heavy civil works.
• Ability to review and interpret project documentation and geotechnical reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support technical project execution across engineering activities.
• Review proposals, drawings, schedules, and technical calculations.
• Coordinate with managers and field leadership on designs, bids, and execution strategies.
• Travel to sites to verify conditions and ensure work aligns with design intent.
• Mentor project engineers, field engineers, interns, and junior staff.
• Ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence on projects.
