Job summary

Bauer Foundation Corp. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for major CFA and drilled shafts projects. You will lead technical execution, mentor junior staff, review deliverables, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence on complex foundation projects across the U.S.

The role requires strong geotechnical knowledge, 5+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to visit active construction sites. This full-time, on-site position reports to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Deep foundations or heavy civil works experience required.
• Experience leading technical project execution on active construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret complex plans, specs, and geotechnical reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support engineering-related project execution from pre-bid to closeout.
• Review take-offs, estimates, schedules, and technical docs.
• Coordinate with engineers, PMs, field teams, and clients to resolve issues.
