Job summary

Bauer Foundation Corp. is seeking a Field Engineer to support the delivery of complex deep foundation projects across the Gulf Coast.

You will plan, organize, and oversee technical elements on site to ensure safe, efficient execution aligned with the company’s values of responsibility and staying down-to-earth. The role requires coordination with Operations Managers and PM/QC Managers, travel to multiple job sites, and strong documentation practices for QC and project closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Two years of experience on geotechnical/foundation projects.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage preparation of engineering plans, drawings, and construction details throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and meet deadlines for completion of assigned work.
• Monitor field conditions to confirm alignment with design and project expectations.
• Develop and maintain accurate QC documentation and reports.
• Prepare daily activity reports, weekly cost analyses, and project closeout documentation.
• Coordinate resources to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
• Identify, anticipate, and resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure successful project completion.
• Champion safe practices across all project activities.
