Job summary

MasterTech is seeking Field Service Technicians with sheetfed or Komori experience in printing production equipment, based in the Washington DC area, with extensive travel to customer sites along the Eastern Seaboard. Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $46.00 per hour plus benefits and company perks; work is day shift with overtime and occasional on-call.

Responsibilities include on-site installation, maintenance, and diagnostic repairs of mechanical and electrical systems across printing

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, and/or any kind of mechanical maintenance is preferred.
• Previous Printing or Related packaging experience in PrePress and/or PostPress machinery
• Experience with electrical systems is a definite asset; AC & DC as well as three-phase wiring.
• Basic to advanced level experience servicing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication.
• Exceptional problem solving, troubleshooting, diagnosis and documentation.

Responsibilities

• On-site installation and support of mechanical and electrical components and systems, ensuring the machinery is properly installed and operational.
• Maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of machinery along with reporting issues and completing documentation.
