Job summary

MasterTech is seeking Industrial Technicians with Sheetfed or Komori experience on label and printing production equipment, based out of Washington DC or near major Eastern Seaboard airports, with extensive travel to customer sites such as Richmond, Raleigh, Petersburg, and Fredericksburg.

Position involves on-site installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of machinery, with day shifts, overtime, and occasional on-call duty.

Qualifications

Experience in industrial, manufacturing, and/or mechanical maintenance.
Printing or related packaging experience in PrePress and/or PostPress machinery.
Experience with electrical systems (AC/DC, three-phase wiring) is an asset.
Basic to advanced level experience servicing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Excellent customer service and communication.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and documentation.

Responsibilities

Field Service Techs will be responsible for on-site installation and support of mechanical and electrical components and systems, ensuring machinery is properly installed and operational.
On-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of machinery, reporting issues and completing documentation.
