Job summary

Flynn Arby's is seeking a Service Technician - Level 1 to support restaurant locations within the region. This field-based role covers installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC/R systems, cooking equipment, refrigeration, lighting, and other building systems.

100% travel within the assigned region is required. Candidates must be 21+, have HVAC certification with 5+ years of experience, EPA certification, and be able to work varied shifts including weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

HVAC certification with 5+ years of related experience.
EPA certification required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Working knowledge of basic tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

Respond to service requests and troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment.
Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R systems, cooking equipment, refrigeration units, lighting, and other restaurant equipment.
Complete minor plumbing, electrical, and general construction repairs.
Communicate with the Maintenance Supervisor and restaurant management regarding service needs and repair status.
Inspect equipment and determine appropriate repairs or replacements.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
Follow all safety policies and regulations.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of completed work.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
