Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems, cooking equipment, refrigeration units, lighting, and related components at Arby’s locations within the region. Travel to various sites is required, including weekends and holidays as needed to ensure access and uptime.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, performing preventative maintenance, and communicating repair status to management.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen, background check, and fit-for-duty evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests; troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC, cooking and related equipment.
• Coordinate with maintenance supervisor and store management on status of repairs.
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed.
