Job summary

Flynn Arby's is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, service, and repair HVAC/R systems across Arby’s locations within the region. Responsibilities include maintenance on cooking equipment, refrigeration units, lighting, and related systems, with travel to sites and varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The role requires HVAC certification, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, and the capacity to work inside and outside in extreme conditions.

Qualifications

• HVAC Certification (1 year+).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Must provide proof of legal work status in the United States.
• Possess basic tools and meters knowledge.
• DOT Drug Screen, fit-for-duty physical, and background check required.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report; be able to perform bending, lifting, and rooftop work.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests; troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair based on warranty and industry standards.
• Communicate with maintenance supervisor and store management to report repair status.
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
