Job summary

Flynn Arby's is seeking an HVAC technician to install, maintain and repair facility HVAC/R systems at Arby’s locations across the region. The role includes servicing cooking equipment, refrigeration, lighting and minor plumbing or electrical work as needed.

Travel across the region is required, with varied shifts, weekends and holidays to ensure access and uptime. A valid HVAC certification, DOT screening and physicals are required, along with a clean MVR and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• HVAC Certification (1 year+) is required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Must provide proof of legal status to work in the United States.
• Possess basic tools and meters knowledge.
• Drug Free workplace – must pass a DOT drug screen, a fit-for-duty physical, and a criminal background check.
• Possess a clean Motor Vehicle Report.
• Physical job requirements include bending, stooping, lifting, pushing and pulling.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Climbing/rooftop work.
• Inside and outside work with exposure to extreme heat on rooftops and cold weather.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests; troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair based on warranty and industry standards.
• Communicate with maintenance supervisor and store management to report repair status.
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned
