Job summary

UNFI in Springfield, MA is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to stock and merchandise products, execute planograms, and support Home Store programs across assigned locations.

You will travel to multiple accounts, build displays, manage shelf tags, and maintain strong customer relations while meeting deadlines and safety policies.

This onsite role offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Auto Insurance levels that meet UNFI requirements.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and implement planograms in store; adjust sections as needed.
• Visit retailers on Home Store or Field Sales program to execute customer plans and provide feedback.
• Rotate stock, remove out-of-code products, and process merchandise returns according to policy.
• Interpret internal reports and complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Engage customers to promote the Professional Services Portfolio and strengthen relationships.
