Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead our wireline crew on fiber installation projects nationwide. You will oversee safety, quality, and equipment operations while delivering on-time results for commercial clients.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years as a crew leader or foreman in utility construction, 1+ year heavy equipment experience, and a valid CDL. We value an ALL IN attitude, strong teamwork, and the ability to adapt to diverse job sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as crew leader or foreman in utility construction.
• 1+ year heavy equipment operating experience (Hydro, Drill, Mini, Plow).
• Valid driver license with clean driving record.
• CDL License (or ability to obtain) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide proficient-level manual labor and operations on safety-sensitive sites.
• Lead sets up and shuts down of utility construction projects including traffic control.
• Train crew members on fiber installation, print reading, OSHA requirements, etc.
• Read utility prints/maps and direct equipment operations.
• Maintain safety, quality, and customer communications on site.
• Lead by example and ensure adherence to safety rules.
