Responsibilities

• Provide proficient manual labor and operations on safety-sensitive utility sites.
• Lead setup and shut down of projects including traffic control.
• Read prints and maps to guide fiber installation and equipment use.
• Direct crews and communicate with customers, subcontractors, and homeowners.
• Train crew members on fiber installation, equipment use, and safety rules.
