Responsibilities

• Lead Travel & Expense program operations and policy adherence.
• Oversee financial governance, reporting, budgeting, and spend analysis.
• Manage expense audit processes and compliance.
• Own SAP Concur platform governance, configurations, and enhancements.
• Maintain supplier relationships with travel and expense vendors.
• Lead training and enablement initiatives for travelers and approvers.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Legal, IT and HR on governance.
• Support executive travel and expense needs with high service levels.
• Drive continuous improvements and scalable processes.
