Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Business Expense & Travel Analyst to drive the technical and fiscal integrity of the Travel & Expense (T&E) ecosystem. You will manage Concur, corporate card programs, and data-driven cost-savings initiatives while ensuring policy adherence and accurate reporting.

The role involves system administration, auditing, and cross-functional collaboration with Payroll, IT, and Accounting. A hybrid schedule is offered with in-office and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of related work experience in corporate T&E expense programs.
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) and relevant work experience considered.
• Concur expense management experience highly desirable.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills.
• Ability to communicate, collaborate, and coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provides system support, maintenance, and reporting for the T&E expense system (Concur).
• Manages corporate credit card, fuel and lodging programs, including card ordering and fraud disputes.
• Audits expense data for policy compliance and identifies trends to educate the workforce.
• Ensures financial integration between Concur, fleet vendors, and the General Ledger.
• Develops reporting to track cost savings across travel, fleet, and expense programs.
• Supports end users with training and Education for T&E processes.
