Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Concur expense management.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.

• Knowledge of travel, fleet, and expense policies.
• Experience with budgeting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provides system support, maintenance, and reporting for the T&E system (Concur).
• Manages corporate card programs and Fleet systems, including card ordering and fraud disputes.
• Audits expense data for policy compliance and identifies cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensures financial integration between Concur, fleet vendors, and General Ledger.
• Develops reporting to track cost savings initiatives across travel, fleet, and expenses.
• Handles customer support queues for T&E and mileage reporting.
• Builds and manages vendor partnerships with airlines, hotels, and fleet providers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
