Our client, a well-known investment bank, is seeking a Travel & Entertainment (T&E) Expense Operations Analyst to join their Finance team. The role supports the full-cycle T&E expense process, including auditing employee expense reports, managing corporate credit cards, troubleshooting expense system issues, and assisting employees with T&E-related questions.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-service focused.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably within finance.
  • T&E, expense management, Accounts Payable, or related finance operations experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Workday expense experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Audit employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance with the firm's T&E policy.
  • Manage and maintain corporate credit card accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve T&E, corporate card, and expense-related issues.
  • Assist employees with questions regarding expense policies, corporate cards, and expense systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues within the Workday expense module.
  • Mine and analyze expense data to develop management reports.
  • Execute established and ad hoc expense processes with strong attention to detail.
  • Identify opportunities to improve procedures, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and partner with employees across all levels of the organization.

This role will sit within the broader Expense Management team and support the full-cycle T&E expense process, including auditing employee expense reports, managing corporate credit cards, troubleshooting expense system issues, and assisting employees with T&E-related questions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-service focused, with the ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
