Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Austin, TX. You’ll deliver rapid-response care in a busy ED, triage patients, administer treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

One year ER RN experience, valid RN license in Texas, BLS/ACLS, and PALS or ENPC are required. This travel role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and travel stipends.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience or more.
• Current RN license in Texas or eligible.
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC) is required.
• ACLS certification (AHA/ARC) is required.
• PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Triage and rapidly assess patients on arrival.
• Explain emergency procedures to patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergencies.
• Monitor patient status and ensure comfort and safety.
• Document assessments and interventions in EMR.
