Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Round Rock, TX. This role requires one year of ER experience, a valid Texas RN license, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC certifications.

You will provide rapid-response patient care in a fast-paced ED and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Compensation includes competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, licensure/CEU reimbursement, and 24/7 recruiter support.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience.
• Valid RN license in Texas.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients on arrival in the ED.
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergency treatments.
• Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout the ED stay.
• Document nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR.
