Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Austin, TX. You will provide high‑quality emergency care in a fast-paced ED, triage patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires one year of ER RN experience, active RN license, and current BLS/ACLS (PALS/ENPC preferred). Travel pay and benefits accompany the assignment.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience required.
• Active RN license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapid triage and assessment of patients on arrival.
• Explain emergency procedures to patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per ER protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergencies.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes promptly.
• Document assessments and interventions in EMR.
