Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a skilled ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Randolph, Vermont. The ER RN will assess, triage, and treat patients in a fast-paced ED, coordinating with physicians and the broader team.

Qualifications

• One year ER RN experience
• Current RN license per state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC Certification

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival, prioritizing care based on severity
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per emergency nursing protocols
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergency treatments and examinations
• Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout the ED and document findings in EMR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
