Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an ER Travel Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Springfield, Vermont. You will deliver rapid-response, high-quality care in a fast-paced ED, triaging, administering treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience.
• Valid RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly triage patients on arrival and prioritize care.
• Explain emergency procedures to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Prepare equipment and aid physicians during emergency treatments.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED.
• Document comprehensive nursing assessments and outcomes in EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure quality care.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
