Job summary

Trinity Health Oakland is seeking FirstChoice RN staff for flexible, premium-pay assignments across the health system. These mobile staffing roles require willingness to float across units and locations, with regional and nationwide opportunities.

Start dates are ASAP for part-time night shifts, offering 3x12 hours and nightly compensation. This program emphasizes professional growth, diverse practice settings, and daily pay options where available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s).
• 18+ months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• 2+ years of recent clinical experience for all other specialties including CC, Surgical Services, Maternal, ED and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials required per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
• Apply standard nursing process: Assess, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
• Maintain accountability for decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Be flexible and take on new responsibilities.
