Job summary

Trinity Health's FirstChoice program seeks experienced Registered Nurses for premium compensation and maximum flexibility. FirstChoice RNs are deployed to fill short and long-term assignments across the health system with nationwide and regional opportunities.

Positions include float across hospital locations, flexible shifts, travel opportunities, and per diem options, with pay based on experience and credentials. Start date ASAP at St.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• 18+ months of recent clinical experience for Med/Surg, Tele and PCU.
• 2+ years of recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical, Maternal, ED and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials required per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, etc); BLS, ACLS and PALS via American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
• Demonstrate standard nursing processes: Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Be adaptable to new responsibilities and ideas while managing priorities.
• Embrace cultural differences and work across shifts.
