Job summary

Trinity Health Oakland is seeking a part-time FirstChoice RN to support mobile staffing across the health system, floating to multiple locations as needed. The role features a 3x12 night shift with ASAP start for a 13-week assignment in the local region.

You will earn premium pay and enjoy flexible scheduling, travel and per diem opportunities, license/certification reimbursements, and ongoing learning opportunities as you provide high-quality care in varied hospital settings.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
RN licensure in applicable state(s).
Minimum 18 months recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
Required specialty credentials (e.g., ACLS, TNCC); BLS, ACLS and PALS via American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

Float across hospital locations and regions as needed.
Apply nursing process: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
Work independently within licensure and scope of practice.
Maintain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomes.
