Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Leonardtown, MD. The role focuses on rapid-response, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ED with collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ER RN experience.
• Valid RN license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients on arrival.
• Explain emergency procedures to patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per emergency nursing protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergency treatments.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR.
