Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a travel nurse RN for the ED in Baltimore, MD. This 13-week assignment requires 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts, with travel ER RN responsibilities and a focus on rapid, high-quality emergency care.

The ER RN will triage, treat, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining patient safety and adhering to all clinical standards. A strong commitment to patient-centered care and flexibility to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ER RN experience required.
• Current RN license in state regulations compliance.
• BLS certification current, ACLS required.
• PALS or ENPC certification current.

Responsibilities

• Rapid triage and initial assessment of patients on arrival.
• Explain emergency procedures to patients and families.
• Administer medications per emergency nursing protocols.
• Assist physicians during treatments and exams.
• Monitor patient safety and document findings in EMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
