Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Baltimore, MD. You will provide rapid-response emergency care in a fast-paced department while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.
This travel role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits starting day one, and support from a dedicated clinical team, with a start date of 10/13/2026 and 12-hour night shifts.
Qualifications
- One year of recent ER RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC Certification
Responsibilities
- Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival and prioritize care based on severity
- Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocols
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergency treatments
- Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED and respond to needs
- Document patient conditions and nursing interventions in EMR
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
- Adhere to hospital safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
