Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, initiate IV therapy and monitor responses.
• Perform ongoing nursing assessments and coordinate with team.
• Document in EMR; EPIC experience preferred.
• Coordinate with physicians and discharge planning; adhere to infection control.
