Job summary

American Traveler seeks a Registered Nurse for a night Emergency Department assignment in Massachusetts. The 12-hour shifts run 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM on a 13-week contract in a community hospital setting with routine weekend coverage.

Active MA RN license is required; minimum 2 years ER experience is required, with ED triage, IV certification, and EMR experience preferred. Must have own vehicle; a comprehensive traveler package with housing, stipends and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license in hand before profile upload.
• Minimum 2 years ER experience required.
• ED triage and cardiac room experience preferred.
• IV certification preferred; EMR experience highly preferred.
• ENPC and CEN certifications preferred; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Emergency Department setting within a community hospital offering 24-hour coverage.
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
• 13-week assignment length.
• Every other weekend required with holiday coverage as needed.
• No on-call requirements.
• Function independently under general guidance of the Director.
