Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Ishpeming, MI. The ER RN will deliver rapid-response, high-quality care in a fast-paced ED, triaging patients and administering life-saving treatments in collaboration with physicians and staff.

Qualified candidates have 1 year ER experience, an active RN license, and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications. The role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and dedicated support from a clinical team.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience required.
• Current RN license in good standing with state regulations.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications present.
• TNCC/NIHSS/NRP or other certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival.
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during treatments.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED.
• Document nursing assessments and outcomes in EMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Adhere to safety and infection control guidelines.
