Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Midland, MI. The ER RN will deliver rapid-response, high-quality care in a fast-paced ED, assess patients, implement urgent care plans, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

The role requires one year of ER experience, active RN license, and current BLS/ACLS; PALS/ENPC or similar certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• ER nursing experience and current state RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS/ENPC or TNCC preferred.
• Strong communication and critical thinking under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform rapid assessment and triage of ER patients.
• Administer medications and assist with emergency procedures.
• Document care in EMR and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout ED stay.
• Educate patients and families about care plans.
