Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Adrian, MI. You will deliver rapid-response, high-quality care in a fast-paced ED, triaging patients, administering treatments, and supporting physicians as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires at least one year of ER RN experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. Travel perks and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ER RN experience is required.
• Valid RN license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA/ARC) certifications.
• TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, NRP and SANE are preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients on arrival based on severity.
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per emergency protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergency care.
• Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout ED stay.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
